companies linked to the value of the group and aligned with its’
strategic direction;
- A complete workforce planning Redesigning the whole business
processes and operating models in order to reduce the
redundancy and duplication of work through concise modelling
and automation (As The project includes also Software
development (Reduction In Force system) to track all reduction

based on their competencies and link each pool with the Career
paths and Training and Development plans in order to ensure
marinating the top qualified employees as well as giving the
others the opportunities either to develop themselves in the
training and development plan or to move to other new job
position within the group fits with their qualifications or giving
them some time to exit the group.
